Requirements:
- B.Pharm, B.Sc or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of Experience as Area Sales Manager or 2-3 years of experience as Medical Sales Officer.
- Commercial and Business awareness.
- Confidence in the company and in the products .
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
- Responsible for leading a team of MRs to achieve Sales targets.
- Developing strategic business plans that reflect changes in the market.
- Reviewing sale and stock availability in Assigned Area .
- Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales target .
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and take remedial measures.
- Monitoring activities, products and services of Competitors .
