Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health , Healthcare Administration, or related fields .
- At least 1 years of experience in a management role in the health care or related industry.
- Excellent leadership, Counselling and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Passionate about natural health care and wellness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with staff and customers.
Role Description :
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the center and overseeing a team of professionals and staff members.
- Provide Consultation, schedules, and staff training, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: NPR 25k-30K
