Qualifications & Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Related field .
- Applicants require at least some Months/Years of Practical experience in a Healthcare organization/Skin clinic.
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- Good documentation, communication, and IT skills.
- Self-motivated : Ability to demonstrate initiative and endeavor to maintain a stable level of productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Attend promptly to telephone calls via official mobile or department phone.
- Brief- organize and perform administrative tasks throughout the day for our clinic.
- Welcoming patients as they check-in to our facility, delivering results to patients and replenishing the facility’s medical supplies, planning, social media handling, advertisements (social media and door-to-door).
- See what other clinics are doing and give appropriate feedback.
