Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with clients’ concerns or complaints.
  • Knowledge or interest in health and wellness is a plus, but not required.

Salary and Benefits : 20K plus Food allowance

Job Roles :

  • Welcome visitors warmly by greeting them, whether in person or on the telephone.
  • Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls, providing necessary information
    as required.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
  • Maintain client appointments and ensure appointment confirmations are made before
    scheduled treatment days.
  • Manage appointment calendars and coordinate meetings/appointments.
  • Perform various receptionist duties including filing, photocopying and collating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the reception area.
  • Assist the Therapist team in managing customer flow during busy periods.
  • Act as coordinator between customers and management teams, as well as among branch
    offices.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, provide guidance, and offer relevant information
    on procedures or policies.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding products and services.
  • Coordinate with all branches, departments, and external parties as necessary.
  • Organize and coordinate operations to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Generate bills and receipts accurately and update the client register accordingly.
  • Maintain the daybook.
  • Fill up and check client OPD cards daily, updating them as needed
  • Manage stock inventory.
  • Maintain accurate entries in accounting software.
  • Provide daily sales, client & staff reports to the branch manager & relevant authorities.
