Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Dentistry/Science/Medical Technology with very smart & outgoing personality.
- Must be very diplomatic and good in communication with people at all level.
- Must have own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses
- 2-3 Years work experiences as Hospital Coordinator for various Dental products in Hospitals/Dental Clinics/Dental Labs throughout Nepal.
Responsibilities :
- Be involved in establishing, networking, maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal.
- Promote various Dental Medicines, equipment, consumable items including for Dental Surgery Cases in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors.
- Negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups.
- Prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office.
- Travel for case management, Maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients / Hospitals /Clinics promoting further Case related services.
- Maintain inventory of medicines/equipments/consumable items for each & every Dental Surgery Cases.
- Keep proper documentations & Obtain balance confirmation papers.
- Maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related works in various facets in Dental Department as per direction by the Management.
