- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implementation of marketing and sales strategies .
- Meeting Retail, Chemists to ensure that the products are easily available.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly or annual sales target.
- Retaining highly satisfied customers .
